Job Description & Summary: The analyst will assist with several initiatives to improve the implementation and maintenance of standardized processes and best practices over financial and non-financial information across CFO organization. This includes preparing and aggregating quarterly fund data deliverables for various departments within and its parent company, coordinating fund accounting support for the SOX/SOC-1 control audits, assisting with auditor independence and coordination of the funds’ financial statement audits, participating in vendor oversight processes, and contributing to ad hoc projects and process improvement testing as needed.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and reconciling daily cash and investor capital activity • Managing daily cash needs, forecasting potential shortfalls due to capital call fundings • Coordinating with third-party • Supporting the launch of new series under Employee Feeder Funds • Reviewing monthly audit packages and • Conducting quarterly reviews • Reviewing and/or preparing quarterly capital activity statements

• Preparing annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
