Responsibilities:

· Client Engagement: Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to the development of consulting engagements that address client needs and objectives. · Project Delivery: Support the delivery of projects by conducting research, data analysis, and developing insights that drive client success. · Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Aviation, Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide informed recommendations. · Solution Development: Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements. · Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and recommendations. · Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and foster a collaborative work environment. · Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiencies.

Education qualification:

· Master’s degree in business, Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. · 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Aviation, Travel & Hospitality or related industries.

· Proven experience in delivering consultancy engagements and preparing client proposals. · Prior experience in Digital Transformation related to Travel & Hospitality verticals · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies; Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferable, not mandatory · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. · Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is advantageous. · Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
