We are looking for a talented **In-House Service Technician (m/w/d)** to join our team specializing in **Service** for our **Fuel Cell - Customer Service** in **Herten, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains power generation products in a service workshop under limited supervision. + Uses documented procedures and guidelines to perform complex repairs on power generation units, including identifying and preparing the necessary parts and tools. + Performs preventive maintenance after inspecting fuel cells. + Assists workshop service technicians in diagnosing and creating repair plans for fuel cells. + Completes necessary documentation such as service reports, schedules, and quality records, either handwritten or via the company system. + Participates in training sessions aligned with the employee’s skill level and the company’s business needs. + Keeps the work area and tools clean and in proper condition. + Follows all relevant safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations, and reports any issues or incidents to supervisors. **Qualifications** **Education/Experience:** + Training in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics. + Preferably, knowledge and hands-on experience with power generation products and high/low voltage systems. + Valid Class B driver’s license. **Responsibilities** **To be successful in this role, you will need:** + Fluent German and good English skills. + Strong customer orientation. + Proficiency in using electronic service tools. + Willingness to support field service operations up to 30%. **Job** Service **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** Hybrid **Job Type** Technician **ReqID** 2415689 **Relocation Package** No
