What you'll do:

As an In-House Commercial Solicitor, you will

Undertake a wide range of commercial solicitor duties Apply your understanding of consumer credit in practical situations Use your regulatory acumen to ensure compliance Work within the framework of the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Potentially engage with aspects of commercial property law

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the In-House Commercial Solicitor position will bring;

0-3 years post qualification experience (PQE) Experience with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations Knowledge of consumer credit laws and regulations Understanding of regulatory and CCA requirements Working knowledge of GDPR Commercial property knowledge would be beneficial
