The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an In-House Attorney to assist with a vast array of contracting needs.

The specific job functions will include: reviewing, negotiating, and drafting customer, vendor, and other agreements; coordinating with internal teams to support efficient contract administration; advising on both standard contract language and language provided by third party partners; analyzing and synthesizing complex contractual agreements and briefing Senior In-House Counsel and General Counsel on findings and recommendations; understanding and translating complex legal concepts for all levels of business personnel; and other legal matters facing the company. This position requires travel up to 25% of the time and will be based out of our facility in Houston, Texas.
