Our client, a dynamic staffing agency, is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to join their team. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting various client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter - Bilingual Spanish 

Location: Pittsburg, KS

Pay Range: $20-23

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and techniques. Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume advice and interview preparation. Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM or ATS.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or staffing environment. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
