At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities: 

 

17+ years of professional experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors consulting role within the Technology/IT Consulting industry. 

Exposure to other HR technology/transformation platforms will be a plus 

Experience with project financials, budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources. 

Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience. 

Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings. 

Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth. 

Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented. 

An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment. 

Multi-tasking and ability to handle a diverse breadth of topics and stakeholders across different clients at the same time. 

Experience in leading strategy and operational transformation.
