Job Description

Basic Requirements:

An engineering  graduate with Elec/Electronics/mechatronics/mechanical with 4-5 years experience in sales/marketing/business development of factory automation products preferably from Resistance welding and DC tightening solutions background.Market knowledge specifically about Automotive, Tier1, 2 and general Industries.Good in excel , Power BI and presentation.Fluent in communication.Ready to relocate

Key responsibilities;

Customer relationship management- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide ongoing supportSales generation- Identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals. Product /process knowledge- Possessing a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries and demonstrate value. Sales Process Management- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, including negotiating prices, preparing sales agreements, and handling customer complaintsSales Target Achievement- Meeting or exceeding established sales targets , often measured by key performance indicators. Ability to find new customers , spreading product portfolio awareness through Tech days/ seminars/ demos.Market Awareness- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies to meet the targets and increase the market share.Communication and negotiation- Effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address needs, resolve issues, and negotiate favorable termsLead Generation- Identifying and developing new leads through various channels, such as referrals, cold calling, and online prospecting
