Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Conga CPQ Developer 

Responsibilities: 

 

Configure Conga CPQ to support product bundling, pricing rules, discounting models, and approvals. 
• Assist in designing and implementing guided selling processes for improved sales efficiency. 
• Support quote document generation and approval workflows. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve Conga CPQ-related issues. 
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Conga CPQ configurations. 
• Assist with integrating Conga CPQ with Salesforce, ERP, and other third-party systems. 
• Perform UAT, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption. 
 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce with at least 2+ years working with Conga CPQ. 
• Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ configuration, pricing models, approval workflows, and guided selling. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules). 
• Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Components (preferred). 
• Experience integrating Conga CPQ with ERP, Billing, or e-Signature solutions (DocuSign, AdobeSign, etc.). 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Conga CPQ certification is a plus.
