Job Description & Summary: A career in our New Technologies practice, within Application and Emerging Technology services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients identify and prioritize emerging technologies that can help solve their business problems. We help clients design approaches to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can drive business results and innovation. Our team helps organizations to embrace emerging technologies to remain competitive and improve their business by solving complex questions. Our team focuses on identifying and prioritizing emerging technologies, breaking into new markets, and preparing clients to get the most out of their emerging technology investments. 

Responsibilities: 

 

Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. 

Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 

Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly. 

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding. 

Assist in the prioritization and management of the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and up-to-date. 

Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. 

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any potential roadblocks. 

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Scrum framework.

JIRA, SQL

3 to 8 years

BE/B.tech/MCA/M.tech
