Job Description
The Data and Content Management Division seeks a skilled professional to lead and support the design and development of data services. This role aims to enhance data access, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring efficient service delivery across government entities. The successful candidate will contribute to the vision of a federated data ecosystem, leveraging data assets for better service provision.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support the design and development of data services.Facilitate strategic planning, project definition, and program communication.Provide leadership to project teams and foster strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.Conduct business process reengineering activities and facilitate executive discussions on strategic matters.Provide leadership, advice, and direction on strategic areas and initiatives as part of the Data Strategy.Design and establish data and AI service offerings in collaboration with the Manager of Data Services.Create and present options, roadmaps, frameworks, and models for executives.Deliver cross-ministry roadshows and demonstrations to executives.Facilitate strategic conversations to align diverse stakeholder interests.Advise and coach product and platform teams throughout project lifecycles.Essential Skills3 years of experience in architecting and integrating AI, ML, and analytics services into enterprise or government data platforms.3 years of experience in managing end-to-end delivery of complex IMT projects.7 years of experience in leading the design, architecture, and delivery of IMT services using user-centered and agile approaches.3 years of experience in leading strategic discussions with executives and cross-ministry teams.5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise data management frameworks and governance models.Experience in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.Additional Skills & Qualifications3 years of experience in architecting and maintaining secure, automated CI/CD pipelines.7 years of experience with cloud platforms and their data services.1 year of experience in designing and implementing generative and agent-based AI solutions.3 years of experience in applying privacy, security, and compliance requirements to data services.5 years of experience in creating visually compelling architecture diagrams and strategic plans.Work Environment
The work environment involves collaborating with various government entities to enhance data services. It requires a professional who can navigate complex data ecosystems and work with advanced technologies, including cloud platforms and AI solutions. The role offers a dynamic and innovative atmosphere, focusing on strategic development and implementation of data services.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $67.00 - $90.00/hr.
