What you will be doing as an IMRO Coordinator:

In this role, you can expect to provide exceptional care and comfort to our customers, tailoring each experience to their unique preferences. You’ll be the go-to resource for hotel, transportation, and meal reservations, ensuring every detail of their visit is seamless prior and during their visit. Your welcoming presence and insightful interactions will foster strong customer loyalty and provide valuable feedback to management.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Customer Business Center: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable environmentCustomer Coordination: Ensure excellent service by coordinating customer needs and requestsPhone Refreshments: Follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stockedCustomer Greeting Workspaces: Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet accessReservations Local Info: Assist with reservations and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and eventsVisitor Flight Management: Oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flightsData Payments: Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments

What you need to be successful:

A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is requiredA minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience is requiredAbility to obtain and maintain an airport security badge may be required if applicableStrong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpfulAbility to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpfulMust be able to maintain a professional demeanor, listen to instructions, and interpersonal skills is helpful
