RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Be responsible for the daily management of the process department, implement the various management systems and working procedures of the company and the department. Promote the implementation of the established goals of the process department. Manage and maintain process control systems, process documents, work instructions, operation procedures and other process standards; and organize process training for production personnel to enhance the process skills level of the team. Ensure that production activities are conducted in accordance with regulations and product quality is stable and reliable. Continue to improve the standardization level in operation. Organize process personal to go deep into the production site, supervise the implementation of process discipline, and grasp the quality status; guide, urge and supervise the correct implementation of process standards, timely solve the technical and process problems in the production, and provide technical support. Be responsible for identifying potential problems or deficiencies in the process, and propose targeted improvement measures to reduce the occurrence of similar complaints in the future through in-depth analysis of the complaint Be responsible for process change management. Be responsible for P&ID management and process safety evaluation during MOC. Organize the statistics and analysis of NCM in the production process, identify the key factors lead to scrapping. Based on the analysis results, formulate and implement strategies to reduce the scrap rate. Carry out technical research and improvement projects, continuously improve the level of process technology, continuously reduce scarp rate, complaint rate, and improve the first-pass rate. Be responsible for the collecting and filling of the process technical data information, be able to conduct process analysis using historical data and identify improvement opportunities. Cooperate with R&D, PT to organize the experiments and mass production of new processes new technologies and new products. Lead the process department to solve the process technical problems during the trial production process and modify and improve the process technical documents to standardize.

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

Education Background:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, master’s degree preferred.

 

Technical Skills:

 

Expert for P&ID, PFMEA, Statistic tools and Minitab Good English skill in written and oral

 

Other Experiences Preferred:  

 

At least 5 years related process management experience Familiar with IATF 16949 Familiar with Six sigma
