We are seeking an Import/Export Logistics Specialist at Sensient Natural Ingredients in Turlock, CA. The specialist ensures timely, compliant, and customer-focused execution of all international logistics operations at Sensient Natural Ingredients. This role manages documentation for global shipments, reviews international invoices, and tracks cost data to support continuous improvement. The Specialist coordinates with internal teams, customers, and logistics providers to ensure accurate scheduling and on-time delivery. Responsibilities also include overseeing compliance with all regulatory and company policies and collaborating with receiving and warehouse teams for efficient product offloading.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate the movement of international shipments to meet delivery commitments and ensure customer satisfactionPrepare and review all import and export documentation to meet global shipping regulationsCommunicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to monitor shipping status and resolve issuesAnalyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savingsLead and support efforts in selecting shipping partners through competitive bid processesEnsure compliance with safety and customs regulations across all shipmentsSupport process improvements using logistics systems and tools

Sensient Natural Ingredients is one of the largest producers and distributors in the world of dehydrated onion and garlic products as well as chili powder, paprika, chili pepper and dehydrated vegetables such as parsley, celery, and spinach. These ingredients are used in many of today's popular convenience foods. The Natural Ingredients unit is located in Turlock, California. 

The salary range for this position is $68,295-$91,025 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
