About the Role:
As an Import/Export Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the central point of contact for our global customers, you’ll oversee the full order-to-cash process - from order entry to sea freight logistics. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and process international customer orders in line with contracts and product availability. Coordinate ocean freight shipments and loading with warehouses and logistics partners. Ensure all shipping documents and legal requirements (e.g. invoices, certificates, declarations) are accurate and delivered on time. Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Handle customer complaints and service issues, including issuing credit/debit notes when needed. Monitor order progress, participate in customer/sales calls, and provide regular updates. Validate transport invoices and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or similar. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in global logistics, freight forwarding, or customer-facing roles. Proficient in English. Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google tools, and SAP. Familiar with Incoterms and international shipping documentation. Customer-focused and solution-driven. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator and team player with a proactive mindset.
