What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: + Accurately prepare international export documentation and electronic export filings as required. This may include facilitating returns and/or credit activities as well as verifying UL recertification's/relabeling. + Work with returned goods operation to supervise returns good including notifying production services department of returns so credit may be issued, following up on damaged, lost, or stolen products to ensure resolution/disposition. + Support replenishment of purchase orders. + Monitor and coordinate shipments from warehouse utilizing preferred distributors. You have: + University degree in business/commerce, statistics, computer science, economics, finance or mathematics is a must. + 3+ year experience in or with Shipping, Traffic, or Distribution. + Excellent written and verbal communication ensuring professional to all internal and external customers + Ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction + Strong knowledge in Mexican customs law and legal customs arrangements. + Possess and utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. + Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and find solutions to solving them independently in a timely manner. + Extensive knowledge of Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade, Foreign Trade Law and similar provisions. + Experience with ERP systems of the Maquiladora Industry. + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using complex functions, data validation and analysis tools.
