Professional responsible for conducting import and export operations with a focus on tax and customs compliance, also managing and monitoring special regimes. Direct interface with accounting, tax, and logistics areas, ensuring correct tax classification and the utilization of tax benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Monitor import and export processes, from pick-up to customs clearance. Prepare and review shipping and commercial documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.). Ensure proper accounting and tax treatment of international operations. Manage special regimes such as Drawback, Ex-Tarifário, Recof, Recof-Sped, among others. Use the OSGT – Onesource Global Trade - TR system for process control, document compliance, and integration with internal areas. What We're Looking For

 

Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Proven experience in import/export routines and special regimes. Solid knowledge of tax accounting applied to foreign trade. Proficiency in tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, II) and customs regulations. advanced English. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, or similar) and OSGT. What You'll Get from Us
