Sophisticated knowledge about Prisma software in order to perform imports and exports for raw material, equipment and finished goods Follow up to the compliance classification and valuation procedures Receiving reports generation for Finance department usage for MRO material Import and Export pediments record retention (air and ground) with their back up Import and Export reports preparation (Annual and monthly) Coordinate the receiving and shipping warehouse activities at El Paso, TX. Coordinate Customs activities; imports, exports and tax required documentation to stay in sync with the current Mexican laws and regulations. Support the Traffic and Customs supervisor in the task/responsibilities assigned. Aligns with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk and participates actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control. Controls the resources assigned by the company to the department. Takes and participates in actions that helps keep the Quality System. Assists with any other activity assigned related to work. Proposes, promotes, and implements improvement proposals and detail them in the system that the company implemented for this purpose called Business Improvement Proposals System (Which by its acronym in English is identified as Business improvement proposal).
