Detailed Description Accurate and Timely Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, submitting them by their respective deadlines. Report Preparation: Prepare various monthly and yearly reports, including K1, K2, K9, GST, and LMW, along with sub-contractor reports for material movement. Compliance and Submission: Guarantee timely submission of GST reports to the finance department and LMW reports to Customs (RMCD) as per stipulated timelines. Document Management: Maintain an organized and easily retrievable filing system for all documents. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Education: Minimum STPM/Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with LMW and GST rules and regulations, logistics procedures, and document preparation. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is a plus. Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. Language: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Work Ethic: Hardworking, responsible, and highly integral with a positive, self-motivated attitude. Work Style: Able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Location: Must be able to work from Seelong, Senai. Notes
