✈️ Import Entry & Customer Service Clerk – Aerospace & Defence

📍 Location: Colnbrook | 🚗 Driving essential
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch)
💷 Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

🧾 The Role:

You'll play a key part in the import operations team, handling customer enquiries, customs clearance, and transport arrangements. Duties include:
Answering phones and liaising directly with customersPlanning import routings & arranging airline collections/deliveriesCreating import customs entries (ASM/Gems/Sequoia)Preparing import-rated airwaybillsChecking correct use of CPCs and licencesPreparing quotations and occasional invoicingTariff classification and import licence checks

🛠 Skills & Experience:

Strong communication skillsGood working knowledge of Excel, Word, OutlookCustoms entry and classification experience (preferred)Ability to apply judgement and experience to solve issuesASM/GEMS/Sequoia system experience (beneficial, not essential)
