Import and Export Administrator-PRM QP

Job Summary

We are looking for an Import and Export Administrator who will be responsible for logistics for Pressure Management. The role will coordinate with partners, customers and teams to engage, understand and to give resolutions for daily logistic import and export process. If you possess the requirements we are seeking for, this exciting role is for you!      

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:                                                                                                 

●Ensure company import and export procedure comply with Government/Customs policy

●Responsible for Customers documentation preparation

●File and manage the customs import and export documentation

●Coordinate with transportation forwarders and customs agency, arrange import/export delivery

●Support the import and export request of other dept., be sure the freight can be arranged on time

●Maintain HS code and Country of Original in SAP system

●Focus on bonded business

●Other duties assigned by line manager

For This Role, You Will Need:

●Junior College graduate or above

●3-5years experience in export and import field

●Good command of English(written/oral) and PC skill. 

●Good communications and commercial negotiation skill. 

●Must be a self starter & self motivated.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

● Assertive, aggressive and confident.

●Presentation skill is preferred.
