Implementations Advisor
**What does a successful Implementations Advisor do?**
As an Implementations Advisor at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our financial technology solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, customize our solutions, and guide them through the implementation process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software products to clients. Your thorough understanding of our products and dedication to client satisfaction will help you drive innovation and empower our clients to achieve their business goals.
**What you will do:**
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their implementation requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Conduct client initiation meetings and present clients with a clear service delivery roadmap.
+ Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
+ Configure the platform to support client’s contractual requirements, working with internal cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to support required integrations.
+ Conduct training sessions and provide support to clients during the transition phase.
+ Develop and maintain implementation documentation and project plans.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
+ Provide feedback to improve the onboarding process.
+ Track client progress, issues, and risks, and provide reporting to senior management.
**What you will need to have:**
+ 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end software implementation projects in Client Onboarding or related functions.
+ 4+ years of experience in conducting client training sessions.
+ 3+ years of experience using project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
+ 5+ years of experience with MS Office suite.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
**What would be great to have:**
+ 5+ years of experience in SQL databases and/or Unix.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
+ 4+ years of experience working with financial technology solutions.
+ Experience with CRM software.
