An Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding and training of clients during their initial implementation of Axxess products and services. This role plays an essential part in ensuring a smooth transition for clients by providing structured training, clear communication, and internal coordination. The Implementation Specialist works in close partnership with Implementation Consultants, Client Experience team members, and other internal teams to help drive successful adoption of Axxess solutions.

What you will do…    

Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and team members to execute implementation plans and meet client needsProvide first-line support for client questions during implementation and ensure timely resolution or appropriate handoffHelp gather and validate client data, configuration preferences, and other key inputs needed for system setupMaintain accurate documentation of client training activities in alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) standardsEscalate client concerns or risks to appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfactionSupport the preparation and follow-up for onsite visits and virtual sessions led by Implementation ConsultantsDevelop working knowledge of Axxess products, services, and industry best practices

What you will bring…    

Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of Home Health. Home Care, Hospice, or Palliative industry experience requiredExperience in a support, training, or customer-facing role preferredFamiliarity with medical billing and basic understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insuranceProficient in using cloud-based systems and CRM toolsStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentOccasional travel may be required for team meetings or client support (less than 25%)
