Job Description This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Mitchell's Casualty Tech Services is hiring an Implementation Specialist focused specifically to set up and configure our ScriptAdvisor Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) product for new and existing customers. This role will be involved in all aspects of ScriptAdvisor implementation, ensuring successful discovery, configuration, deployment, and adoption of ScriptAdvisor for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Technical Implementation Configure and deploy ScriptAdvisor PBM systems according to client-specific requirements and workflows Implement custom rule sets, formularies, and authorization parameters within the ScriptAdvisor platform Establish system integrations between ScriptAdvisor and clients' existing claims management systems Set up client-specific reporting dashboards and analytics tools within the platform Work with other teams, internal and external, to successfully integrate with bill review systems Client Collaboration Serve as the primary technical liaison between Enlyte's and client implementation teams Conduct detailed discovery sessions to map client requirements to ScriptAdvisor configuration options Manage data migration processes, including claims history, medication profiles, and provider networks Training & Documentation Develop comprehensive training materials for internal Operations Team specific to each client's ScriptAdvisor configuration Conduct hands-on training sessions for client users on ScriptAdvisor functionality Create detailed documentation of client-specific configurations, workflows, and custom settings Establish standard operating procedures for ongoing client use of the platform Quality Assurance Perform rigorous testing of all implemented ScriptAdvisor configurations Validate data integrity throughout the implementation process Troubleshoot technical issues related to ScriptAdvisor functionality or integrations Document and escalate product-related issues to the appropriate development teams Qualifications Five years of industry specific experience working in an environment managing PBM transactions and processes or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in healthcare or insurance technology. Demonstrated experience with PBM systems, claims processing platforms, or healthcare technology implementations Ability to successfully configure and work on multiple implementation projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and technical knowledge transfer Preferred Direct experience configuring and implementing ScriptAdvisor or similar PBM solutions Knowledge of workers' compensation and/or auto casualty claims processes Understanding of pharmacy networks, medication formularies, and authorization workflows Experience with SQL, API integrations, and data migration techniques This position may require occasional travel to client sites, though most implementations will be conducted remotely. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $34.67- $45.67 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
