VetsEZ is seeking an Implementation Product Owner Support (IPOS) professional to assist with the delivery of VA Health Connect, a Department of Veterans Affairs initiative modernizing clinical contact centers. This role will support implementation planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and solution readiness across technology, training, and communications teams.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience supporting healthcare or IT integration projects.Strong ability to document processes and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Salesforce.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Additional Qualifications:
