As an Implementation Manager within the Commercial Card Team, you will be dedicated to onboarding Commercial Card payments solutions to a diverse set of clients around the globe, where you will be focused on exceeding client expectations while helping support new emerging products and technology. You will be responsible for managing large projects for high revenue /complex clients while aligning results and resources to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. You will manage projects, applying proven onboarding methodology to ensure a streamlined implementation of our Commercial Card Products.
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with clients and multiple internal teams on the integration of complex solutions for new and existing clientsProvide a deep understanding of Commercial Card products, the organization, and prioritiesModernize the client experience by understanding client needs and applying the appropriate scalable and sustainable solutionsPartner with Products, Servicing and Operations for an optimal onboarding experience for newly launched productsDelivering a client-centric engagement with clients at every touch point and approach delivery with an eye towards deepening customer relationshipsProvide regular executive management updates to partners and senior managementFoster a strong risk and control environment aligned to the firm’s control agenda and promoting an environment of inclusion, engagement, and innovation across the North America Implementation team25% travel requirementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
