NCR is a trademark of NCR Corporation in the United States and other countries. **Job description:** Reporting to the Program Manager, the Implementation Managers are responsible for the following areas: - Planning and managing every aspect of a project (process, change, technology) including providing overall guidance and direction for the project. - Resource requirement identification and assignment - Measuring and monitoring progress at clearly defined points of the process to ensure that the project is delivered on-time and that it meets or exceeds expectations. - Balancing scope, the schedule, quality, and risks - Ensuring that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all team members affected - Identifying and resolving project risks and issues - Managing relationships and coordinating work between different teams - Ensures project deliverables, goals, milestones are achieved - Manage customer relationships, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled **a.
