What You Will Get To Do: 

The Data Conversion Consultant will manage data conversion projects from start to finish while maintaining deadlines and overall client experience mainly for new firms implementing on Black Diamond. In addition to project management, the Consultant will perform data transformation and audits as part of the ETL (extract, transform and load) process and work directly with clients to understand needs and ensure the data supports those needs.

Job Responsibilities

Work with institutional partners and clients to clearly define conversion requirements and identify appropriate conversion solutions and proceduresManage data conversion project from start to finish while maintaining deadlines and overall client experienceAnalyze data points provided and ensure proper formatting before loading into Black DiamondIdentify anomalies that may arise during the process and propose a meaningful solution Understand and communicate effectively results of audits before and after data is loadedSet appropriate expectations with internal partners as well as client stakeholders
