Job Title: Implementation and Patient Onboarding Specialist

Location: Onsite in Plymouth, MN

Schedule: 40 hours/week | Start between 7–9 AM

Contract: 9-month contract-to-hire


About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Implementation and Patient Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term career growth in a dynamic healthcare operations environment. You’ll be fully embedded with 10–15 clinical sites, overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth patient onboarding. You’ll also make patient calls to gain deeper insights into their experience and build your understanding of the company’s mission and services.


Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned clinical sitesManage inventory and troubleshoot site-specific issuesInvestigate and resolve performance discrepancies (e.g., high patient decline rates)Maintain strong relationships with site contacts and internal teamsMake patient calls to gather feedback and enhance company knowledgeGather patient updates and ensure accurate data collectionPrepare for and participate in 1–2 client calls dailyMonitor site performance and generate reports using ExcelCollaborate closely with RX specialists for data entry and reportingQualifications:2+ years of professional experience in operations, client services, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience in healthcare or clinical research is a plusProficiency in Excel and comfort working with dataMust be onsite in Plymouth, MNA desire to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibility over time

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.50/hr.
