Implementation, Senior Professional

What does a successful Implementation Senior Professional do at Fiserv?

A successful Implementation, Senior Professional is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and implementation of enterprise client projects, new and existing.  You will work directly with customers and their vendors, along with multiple internal teams to launch their acquiring products and processing with Fiserv.  This role will give you the opportunity to establish positive and productive working relationships both internal and external. 


What you will be doing:

Host and manage client calls providing agenda/meeting minutes.

Manage Implementations in accordance with client requirements. 

Provide a complete view of the overall project to all stakeholders.

Defining the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timeline.

Identifying and communicating dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing control.

Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle.

Facilitating alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv objectives.

Defining the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timeline.

Identifying and communicating dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing control.

Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle.

Facilitating alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv objectives.

Provide occasional after-hours support for client launch/go live. 

What you need to have:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. AA/bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of merchant acquiring experience or relevant payment processing experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Experience in working directly with clients, and internal/external resources.

Utilization of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently with minimal management/mentorship.

What would be great to have:

Proven success in current role and client satisfaction mindset. 

Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution. 

Understanding of merchants acquiring products, offerings, and knowledge of basic authorization transaction flow.

Ability to interpret and communicate Fiserv products and services to clients, sales, and vendors

Ability to gather client requirements and if needed identify alternatives / make contingency plans. 

Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities. 

Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 

Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments. 

Ability to multi-task and strong attention to details

Fiserv system experience / knowledge

Salary Range:

$57,900.00-$80,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
