Impex Customer Service Representative
Answer Import and Export inquiries and concerns through text, calls, and email. Serve as L1 (Level 1) support for customer concerns and complaints before, during, and after booking. Act as the key person for updating daily Arrival Schedules for both Import and Export shipments. Create and send Delay Notices for both Import and Export clients when shipment schedules are affected Keep data updated on essential tracking systems, including System Activity Tracker, Vessel and Shipment Monitoring and Customer Service Task Management for Export Assist in monitoring outstanding Import uncollected demurrage charges and Export account receivables. Act as the key person for SPR (Special Pricing Request) for Export Freight Application under the following services:- WM1, CPS, SPS1, and SOC. Apply Export Free Time Detention/Demurrage in SNL LTS under the following services:- WM1, CPS, SPS1, and SOC. Act as the key person in handling bookings under WM1 Service. Coordinate with the Equipment Team to ensure the availability of containers at the depot.
