Impact TFI Associate Portfolio Manager

The Taxable Fixed Income Associate Portfolio Manager manages and monitors investment portfolios and transactions in an investment environment. While managing projects with some oversight from management, this job implements investment buying and selling strategies that deliver a business advantage and maximizes the client's investment portfolio.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develops and manages internal and external relationships with key business partners including Client Portfolio Management, Market and Sales teams.

Stays abreast of market conditions, trends, tax issues, and other factors affecting profitable performance.

Develops and maintains quantitative reports

Prepares and provides regular reports on the investment portfolio status for clients and management.

Assist PMs with monitoring portfolios across accounts

Work with other areas at Nuveen to resolve data integrity issues

Support impact investment team with various projects

Maintain impact database for team

Educational Requirements

University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $127,500/yr - $195,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
