Purpose of the role:

Strategize and Develop Integrated Access Strategy at all stages of Sanofi Japan’s non-alliance Immunology pipeline/inline products in alignment with Global Strategy.

Specific requirements and responsibilities include:

Strategizing and Developing of Access Strategy maximizing the value of our non-alliance Immunology pipeline/inline products in alignment with local commercial, R&D, Regulatory teams, and Global Market Access Team. Understanding of the local access environment and being able to explain to local and global teamsUnderstanding of the global access strategyLocal environment analysis and identification of gap vs globalAlignment with local Commercial, R&D and Regulatory team as well as Global Team on long-term strategy Identify and agree on key milestones including competitors’ timeline as well as global key markets timelineIdentification of data gap with HEVA teamAnalyze data needs from the perspective of maximizing market access and reimbursement

Special Knowledge & Qualifications

- Business Level communication and presentation skill in both English and Japa

Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) skills in Japanese and English

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher, MBA preferred
