Hire IT People, LLC is an IT consulting and Staffing Services provider to various clients in the United Stated. We are a Certified Business Enterprise by the Department of Local and Small Business Development, Washington DC and a Preferred IT Staffing Vendor under the ITSA Program, a Supplier to Various State Agencies and Fortune 500 Clients.
To assist us with Immigration and HR activities in the United States, we are looking for an Immigration/HR Manager to work from our Yousufguda, Hyderabad office in the Night shift.
Qualifications and Experience
· A Bachelor’s Degree in any filed with a HR Certification or an MBA in HR with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
· Good typing skills
· Expert in Excel and Word
· Expert in organizing folders offline/online
Responsibilities:
· Actively coordinate with senior management in the US
· Gather information from US Employees to build an HR folder
· Maintain HR file and update as necessary
· Gather I-9s, update I-9s and run Everify
· Send employment letters, offer letters to candidates
· Gather on-boarding data from recruiters, complete HR folder and communicate with other Team members
· Prepare H1B Immigration package with forms like LCA, H1B (I-129), Cover Letter
· Prepare a public access file and update existing PAFs
· Respond to H1B RFEs
· Gather Green card data from candidates
· Prepare ads for PERM applications
· Prepare PERM applications and file the PERM applications
· Prepare I-140 Applications
· Respond to PERM Audits and I-140 RFEs
· Any other duties related to HR/Immigration
