Arrow Electronics is looking for an IMMEX Analyst - Annex 24 to join our team in Guadalajara!
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Internal support to the import and export teams.
+ Validate the accuracy of the Annex 24 information against Data Stage for Annex 30 reports accuracy.
+ Research and Resolve issues: gaps on the Annex 24 inventory system, gaps on the pedimentos info validations.
+ Data and reports: Annex 24 inventory accuracy reports, AXLValidate reports, Issues, and gaps to be fixed with the teams.
+ Other general duties and special projects: Stock validations against ERP, special status reports, Systems integrations special projects.
+ Other duties or projects as assigned.
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ Typically requires 1-2 years of experience
+ Bachelor’s degree completed
+ Annex 24 knowledge and experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
+ Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
+ Experience with Aranxel Annex 24 system is a plus
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently with little or no guidance
**Work Arrangement:**
+ Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$18,508.33 - $22,000.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
