**Job Title: Precaster** **Job Description** Join our team as a Precaster, where you will be responsible for assembling metal forms for molding reinforced concrete slabs, stairs, and beams, while pouring and finishing concrete. Your daily tasks will include cleaning and preparing molds, pouring concrete, and ensuring a high-quality finish. This role involves various activities related to the manufacturing of precast and pre-stressed concrete, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and hands-on environment. **Responsibilities** + Frequently climb in and out of forms that are 5-6 feet tall and narrow. + Read and understand the Production Schedule and adhere to specified time frames. + Assist with the setup and stripping of concrete forms. + Help with filling and leveling the concrete castings. + Maintain cleanliness in the shop as part of housekeeping duties. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in hand tools and power tools. + Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. + Capability to climb in and out of narrow forms that are 5-6 feet tall. + Stand, walk, crouch, kneel, stretch, and climb for extended periods. + Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Drama-free individual with a positive attitude who works well with others. + Ability to use concrete finishing tools. + Experience with heavy equipment, such as overhead cranes. + Some woodworking skills are preferable. + Welding, maintenance, and quality control skills are a plus. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive environment where employees can choose their career path, with opportunities for promotion to Precaster 2 after 6 months. Our facility features six different zones, each requiring unique skills and concrete mixes. Expect a dirty environment with concrete dust and splatter as we manufacture products like burial vaults, stairways, septic and water tanks, manholes, storm and sewer drainage systems, retaining walls, park restrooms, light pole bases, and custom projects. Our company employs 150 dedicated individuals. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
