About the Role:Assisting Hands - Pasco is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety for clients. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure the well-being of clients. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or related field. Valid CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Background check and drug screening required.
