**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join a family-owned agricultural fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate. Under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining precise records. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. + Fulfill product order invoices. + Unload materials from incoming trucks. + Load products onto delivery trucks for shipping. + Assist with cleaning and maintaining production equipment. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or equivalent. + 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Basic math skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred. + Ability to regularly stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods. + Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** This family-owned business values its employees first and fosters a supportive work culture. Dress code is casual, suitable for warehouse operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of El Dorado, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $35360.00/yr.
