Coordinating with JMC team & support development of body Exterior/ Interior/Chassis/Electrical Ford Accessories (FLA & GFA)-Dealer channel. e.g. RVC, TTLM, Wiring, 360 camera, Parking Sensor, Up-fitter switch, Streaming mirror, Spoiler, Bumper Grille, Sports bar, Snorkel, Hoop steps, Alloy wheels, Spray in bed liner, Tonneau cover, Cargo Barrier, net, mat and trunk tray, Trailer module, lighting, Dash camera etc., Co-ordinate with JMC Electrical teams (Commodity team, Systems, EDS) and VP D&Rs for vehicle integration.  Create and manage project time plan for every commodity and track to meet program Milestones. Take care of material development and lead all activities till appearance sign off. Take responsibility of part development through validation (DV/PV) and launch including problem solving for engineering issues. Take responsibility of root cause investigation with electrical diagnostics knowledge.  Lead and participate all cross functional team and Launch meetings with JMC team. Lead and participate color Harmony, Fit to Nominal and craftsmanship reviews and ensure proper sign off for all local commodities.  Participate & Lead build event and close all issues with Cross Functional Team support. Consult with VP LVEA to clarify engineering constraints & requirements for VP new accessory design. Work with Local JMC Program Manager, engineering team and ensure all deliverables can meet each milestone on time.
