+ IMG Vehicle Personalization Programs delivery for all JMC programs + Meet Program Milestones + Close all issues before Job 1 + Support Cross functional team effectively + Coordinating with JMC team & support development of body Exterior/ Interior/Chassis/Electrical Ford Accessories (FLA & GFA)-Dealer channel. e.g. RVC, TTLM, Wiring, 360 camera, Parking Sensor, Up-fitter switch, Streaming mirror, Spoiler, Bumper Grille, Sports bar, Snorkel, Hoop steps, Alloy wheels, Spray in bed liner, Tonneau cover, Cargo Barrier, net, mat and trunk tray, Trailer module, lighting, Dash camera etc., + Co-ordinate with JMC Electrical teams (Commodity team, Systems, EDS) and VP D&Rs for vehicle integration. + Create and manage project time plan for every commodity and track to meet program Milestones. + Take care of material development and lead all activities till appearance sign off. + Take responsibility of part development through validation (DV/PV) and launch including problem solving for engineering issues. + Take responsibility of root cause investigation with electrical diagnostics knowledge. + Lead and participate all cross functional team and Launch meetings with JMC team. + Lead and participate color Harmony, Fit to Nominal and craftsmanship reviews and ensure proper sign off for all local commodities. + Participate & Lead build event and close all issues with Cross Functional Team support. + Consult with VP LVEA to clarify engineering constraints & requirements for VP new accessory design. + Work with Local JMC Program Manager, engineering team and ensure all deliverables can meet each milestone on time. + Good communication skill in English, Chinese on both speaking and writing + Must have experience of JMC Electrical Architecture, Systems. + Must have hands-on experience of JMC Electrical diagnostics tools. + Experience in wiring schematics and match with physical vehicle wiring channels. + Negotiation skills working with x-functional team and outside supplier + Computer literacy and competency with the basic Microsoft Office include Word, Excel& Power point + Multiple time zones to facilitate communication across (China, India & Australia) + Personality type conducive to knowledge transfer across cultural boundaries & time zones + Working experience in auto industry + Experience in Teamcenter, CATIA and plastic/stamping tooling related background would be a plus + Experience in JMC Software tool, CAN knowledge for root cause investigation. **Requisition ID** : 46773
