Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced technician to join our DEXIS Diagnostics Service team in France for a temporary contract (approximately 9 months with possibility to extend). IMG Technician will conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. They will further diagnose system failures and determine most cost-effective solution, responding to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
Support for hotline calls/CRM cases by all technical means available (phone, remote, video tools, etc)
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on DEXIS imaging products
Intervenes on site to install, repair or maintain the equipment supported by the DEXIS Imaging team.
Provides Trainings in DEXIS training site or on-site to distributors/end customers and internal technician
Organization and Monitoring of personal spare parts stock.
Preparation of quotes, delivery notes and invoices requests.
Actively fills the CRM according to the requested criteria and any other tools provide by Dexis.
