Assign PPAP levels and complete PSW for VP parts, service parts, MC/OC parts and Reman parts etc. 

 

Supplier audit Q1/MSA (Manufacturing Site Assessment): Conduct supplier manufacturing site audits to evaluate the quality capabilities of a supplier which will provide rationale for the sourcing decision. Lead Q1 process for assigned service unique suppliers & support production sites for FCSD Q1 endorsement. 

 

FLA Supplier audit: Support FLA project. Coordinate with supplier for FLA site audit per buyer request. Evaluate supplier capability according to FLA standard. Provide rationale to cross functional team for sourcing. 

 

External supplier QRs and Depot QRs: Support supplier and depot people to work on quality rejects, work with supplier to develop ICA and PCA and assist communication between supplier/depot. Drive 3D/8D completion in system etc.

 

Support purchasing for cost reduction. Support VOR.
