Ensure all PRC Sites in IMG operate in a safe manner and meet all external/internal OH&S requirements. Manage, with the site PRC Supervisors, all personnel Represent IMG PRCs at a Global level Own and deliver PRC KPI’s  Manage and Maintain Parts Return and Shipment within the IMG region. Develop and Manage an effective L2 and L3 Parts Testing and Teardown Plan on Warranty Components Manage Engine and Transmission Teardown process for IMG Develop and Manage Red Table Review (RTR) processes for IMG Develop and Manage a Dealer Control Strategy for IMG Lead the development of PRC processes and systems to ensure an effective outcome. Manage IMG PRC Cost Budget Complete Other Assignment / Projects as required
