While the primary focus will be on servicing diagnostic imaging equipment, the role also includes supporting biomedical equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, experience performing preventive maintenance, and a dedication to safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service. **What You'll Do** + Inspect, maintain, repair, and calibrate basic diagnostic imaging systems, devices, and instruments, including **GE portables, Philips ultrasound, and radiography rooms** + Perform preventive maintenance work on imaging and select biomedical equipment + Provide technical support for equipment used in direct patient care + Collaborate routinely with clinical health providers to identify and resolve technology-related issues + Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner + Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and regulatory compliance records + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements + Manage parts ordering and coordinate with vendors for service and repairs as needed **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
