The Imaging & Procedures Senior Director reports to the Vice President and Chief Clinical Operations Officer and is responsible for providing clinical and administrative leadership for the Diagnostic Imaging, Procedure Suite, and Pulmonary departments in partnership with Medical Directors. This position requires strong leadership and judgment to ensure safety and excellence in a high-quality clinical care environment in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsible for the delivery of strategic objectives, growth goals, clinical service initiatives, sound financial performance, patient experience, provider and staff engagement, research and quality for the overall program. Collaborates effectively with leaders across Fred Hutch and our partner organizations to deliver on strategic initiatives and related projects.
This position will be 1.0FTE/full-time, Monday-Friday.
ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience:

Responsible for the P&L and growth plans for all imaging and procedure areasDetermine the operating budget for imaging and procedures areas and prioritize related capital expenditures.Develop and implement an operational plan and model to meet the operating and capital budget requests.Lead department activities related to quality improvement, risk management and safe practice, ensuring all requirements for federal, state or local regulatory agencies and complies with all TJC guidelines. Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field7+ years healthcare setting7+ years in progressive leadership rolePrevious experience in Oncology, Imaging and /or ProceduresExperience in healthcare leadership roleDemonstrated project and budget management skillsStrong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principlesAnalytical problem-solving skillsAbility to set department strategy and drive process improvementStrong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensusStrong customer / patient orientation focusKnowledge of State, Federal, and Joint Commission regulations. Previous regulatory and management experience in a healthcare setting preferredWorking knowledge of accreditation process and standards, health care and credentialing industry, regulatory and legal requirements and other national standards.Significant experience and knowledge in working with other healthcare organizations such as hospitals, managed care, credentialing verification organizations and ambulatory carePreferred:
Master's Degree PreferredNursing or Imaging LicensureThe annual base salary range for this position is from $186,888.00 to $311,459.20, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
