We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team, who will be mainly responsible for:

Understand and assist supervisor to lead team as per project SOW.

Assist supervisor in carrying out or maintaining the project deliverable.    

Handle clients requests.

Your role in our mission:

Analyze scanned documents for clarity and accuracy. 

Ensures proper documentation and integrity of scanned images. 

Follows the security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers. 

Consistently maintain production processes while maintaining high quality. 

Accurately record production in the Daily Worksheet and perform end-of-day activities before project staff leaves (individual and team targets met, site is clean etc.) 

Follow up with Client's requests. 

Check the Quality of the Work before submission to the customer.

Valued skills and experience:

Bachelor in Arts / Diploma or equivalent.

Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.

Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details.

Document scanning experience is preferable.
