The community youll be caring for:

When you need care, you dont want to have to travel far. Our dedicated, expert team at AdventHealth South Overland Park provides excellent care to communities of southeastern Johnson County, with 24/7 emergency room services, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery, advanced imaging center, physical therapy and more.

The role youll contribute:

Manages daily operations and develops, implements, and monitors plans for patient care services in the imaging department. Provide people leadership and management direction to ensure the overall efficiency of an area(s) or administrative process by implementing strategies and processes

The value youll bring to the team:

Maintains established productivity standards and supply expense metrics. Accountable for monthly departmental variances, budget, FTE, and expense variance reports/associated action plans

Ensures ongoing compliance with accrediting bodies, and federal, state, and local agencies

Maintains departmental Joint Commission, other regulatory agency, survey readiness

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications Associates degree or higher n the field, 1 year of leadership experience, 3 years of mechanical experience, ARRT registry or CDCS or CNMT
