Human Capital Investment & Workforce ROI: Own end‑to‑end forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for Imaging Primary headcount and C&B to maximize return on talent and protect EBIT
Orchestrate sub‑segment/accountability alignment (MR, MICT, WH/XR, Platforms, ISC, Functions, HQ), standardizing templates, and a “single source of truth” to land one plan of record
Frame insights, recommendations and executive-ready narratives for the CFO, Global HR leader, and Corporate leadership to drive fast, high‑quality decisions
Optimization and transformation: Build data‑backed restructuring/right‑sizing business cases and executable playbooks, steer them through Finance/HR/Legal approvals, and track benefits realization to payback, freeing dollars for growth and innovation
Digitization and KPI Analytics: Own and evolve executive‑ready Power BI dashboards across headcount, Purchased Services, IT, backlog, and inventory; standardize, curate and consolidate fragmented views; automate manual reporting so leaders get real‑time, decision‑grade insights
Cost Visibility/Value Creation: Run a governance based control tower for Imaging Primary discretionary costs (Purchased Services, T&E, IT): monitor trends, pinpoint drivers, and convert Risks and Opportunities (R&Os) into actions with owners; deliver clear bridges that link cost moves to capacity, quality, and EBIT
Functional P&L Ownership: Full ownership of cost centers for Imaging Supply Chain HQ and Imaging Finance functions. Responsibilities will include budgeting, planning, forecasting, managing R&Os, close activities, variance analysis and optimization strategies.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or other numeracy-based topics
4 years financial work experience.
Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Power BI proficiency: Building executive dashboards, data modeling and basic DAX; comfortable partnering with IT on data hygiene/refresh
Desired CharacteristicsStrong executive communication skills - able to distill complex analysis into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation initiatives, especially in reporting and dashboard standardization.
Established project management skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
