Key Responsibilities\:

Develop, maintain, and update the integrated project schedule using tools like Primavera P6.

Track progress against the baseline schedule and identify deviations or potential delays.

Prepare periodic reports on cost, schedule, earned value, and performance metrics.

Assist with budgeting and cost forecasting activities.

Perform quantity tracking, productivity analysis, and trend monitoring.

Implement change management processes, ensuring proper documentation and impact analysis.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to collect real-time data from site activities.

Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed schedules and budgets.

Support the project team with recovery plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and contract obligations.

*Qualifications & Experience\:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Project controls experience in large-scale construction or mining projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and cost management software (e.g., EcoSys, Prism, or similar).

Solid understanding of earned value management (EVM) principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in remote or site-based environments, preferably in the Middle East.
