We’re looking for an experienced IHS Manager to lead operations at our busy transportation terminal. If you have a strong background in maritime logistics, enjoy managing people and solving problems, and want to play a key role in keeping goods moving safely and efficiently, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily terminal operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and service

Coordinate truck, driver, barge, tanker, and tug schedules

Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and carriers

Monitor performance and implement improvement plans

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Manage inventory and track the distribution of goods

Lead, motivate, and support a team of terminal staff

Oversee equipment maintenance and readiness

Manage terminal budget and report on key metrics

Do you have what it takes?

10+ years of experience in the maritime industry

5+ years of experience managing people

Marine vessel fueling and over-the-water operations experience

Working knowledge of USCG regulations

Strong problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

Valid driver’s license

Strong communication and leadership abilities
